I noleggi in Thailandia e a Bali danno scooter a chiunque, ma è il loro modello di business, non un’esenzione: la polizia multa il conducente e l’assicurazione non paga.
Il permesso internazionale si rilascia sulla base della patente nazionale, dura tre anni e costa poco. Farlo prima di partire costa meno di una sola multa sul posto.
