Madeef

Al Madeef (منفذ المضيف الحدودي) connects Al Ain in the UAE with Hamasa in Al Buraimi, Oman. The UAE foreign ministry lists this crossing for domestic workers travelling with their sponsor or one of the sponsor’s children. If you’re travelling independently on a foreign passport, ask the Royal Oman Police whether you can use Al Madeef before setting out. The visa helpline from outside Oman is +968 2284 8200.
