Monument to Kutuzov in Smolensk

The bronze field marshal stands by the fortress wall in the Garden of Heroes' Memory, next to the eternal flame. For Kutuzov, Smolensk means the battle of August 1812, after which the Russian army fell back towards Moscow and left the city burnt.
