Great Chrysostom Church

The Church of St Maximilian, known in Yekaterinburg as the Great Chrysostom, was built between 1847 and 1876 and was then the tallest building in the city. It was blown up in 1930 and raised again on the same spot between 2006 and 2013 from the old drawings. The red and white brick mass with its tented bell tower stands at the crossing of 8 March and Malysheva streets.
