
This public and cultural centre with a museum of recent Russian history opened in Yekaterinburg in 2015, and its permanent display leads the visitor through seven days that changed the country in the 1990s. Besides the museum the building holds an archive, exhibition halls, a cinema and a bookshop. In front of the entrance stands a white marble monument to the first president by Georgy Frangulyan.
