Suzdal Kremlin is the historic core of Suzdal, with earth ramparts, the Nativity Cathedral and the Bishops' Chambers. Some museum exhibitions are closed for repairs. Visiting arrangements were checked on 28 October 2026.
The museum lists the Cross Chamber's eighteenth-century interior, Tsar Book and seventeenth-century Jordan Canopy exhibitions as closed for repairs. Do not plan to see them until access information changes. A current visiting timetable is published for the Nativity Cathedral. Confirm which rooms are open before buying unified admission.
Earthen ramparts and ditches survive from the defences. The defensive circuit measured about 1400 metres; its wooden walls were not rebuilt after the 1719 fire. The Bishops' Chambers were the residence of Suzdal's church leaders. The Kremlin and cathedral form part of the White Monuments of Vladimir and Suzdal World Heritage property.
The wooden St Nicholas Church from Glotovo stands in the Kremlin grounds. The Museum of Wooden Architecture is at a different site, 27B Pushkarskaya Street, and needs its own visit and ticket planning.
The address is 20 Kremlyovskaya Street. Grounds open 09:00–19:00; exhibitions and cathedral 10:00–18:00, Saturdays until 19:00. Entry and ticket offices close at 17:00, Saturdays 18:00.
The museum lists unified admission at 1100 RUB for adults, 550 RUB for ages 7–14 and 850 RUB for concession holders. This is the complex ticket.
