The former city hall of Saigon, built in 1902-1908 on the model of French town halls, with a central clock tower, stucco work and allegorical figures on the facade. The building now houses the People's Committee of the city and is closed to visitors, though in the evenings the facade is lit up. It closes the perspective of the pedestrian Nguyen Hue street, and a monument to Ho Chi Minh stands in front of it.
