Guanmenkou Gate

A stone gate with a toothed parapet on the street of the same name in the Old Town of Lijiang. Paired stone lions guard the passage, and beyond the arch begins a shopping street leading to Sifang Square. The gate serves as one of the main entrances to the historic quarter from the side of the Yuhe river.
