Kunlun Tower

A television tower on the eastern edge of the old town of Kashgar, put up beside Jiulongquan Park. Its openwork structure with a viewing platform shows from most streets of the old town, and in the evening it is lit in shifting colours. The tower serves as the chief landmark in the maze of the blocks.
