Chorsu Bazaar

The main market of old Tashkent stands by Chorsu Square. Its trading rows are covered by an enormous concrete dome built in the 1980s and faced outside with green and blue tiles in a plant pattern. Under the dome the trade is in meat, spices and dairy, while open rows with vegetables, tableware and clothing spread out all around it.
