Mendut Temple

Mendut Temple is a Buddhist monument in Mendut village, near Borobudur. Its entrance faces northwest and its façade is decorated with stone reliefs. A large Buddha statue stands inside. Mendut belongs to the temple group that also includes Borobudur and Pawon, making the three sites easy to visit on one trip around Magelang Regency.
