A modern tourist and entertainment complex in new Turkestan, styled after a traditional caravanserai. Opened in 2020, it has an artificial canal with gondolas, an amphitheatre, shopping arcades, hotels and restaurants. It was conceived as a "Kazakh Disneyland" next to the historic Yasawi ensemble.
